In our next newsletter, I will be explaining the years long struggle of Illinois Father’s member Mr. Kerry Sandusky. Kerry is another member who is saddled with court ordered supervised visitation, with Kerry’s taking place in a “visitation center” where Kerry must pay an hourly fee. Kerry has also expressed and documented some of his concerns about conditions at the visitation center. We would like to help Kerry successfully move from court ordered Supervised Visitation ordered to take place at a visitation center with questionable conditions, eventually to the typical every other weekend non-supervised visitation. (Of course, every other weekend is not enough, but that is another axe to grind on a different day). What it is going to take to help Kerry out is a volunteer, a volunteer with a good resume would be helpful, who is willing to fill the role as visitation Supervisor for Kerry at a Neutral Location.
Currently, there is no set court date as we first want to locate a volunteer. The court hearing will take place at the Markham courthouse, 16501 Kedzie Ave. Markham, IL and if the Judge approves our volunteer to act as a Supervisor the supervised visits will most likely take place relatively close to the Markham courthouse.
This case is going to be a tough nut to crack. Hopefully we can help Mr. Sandusky out. More details in the next newsletter.
Hope to see you either in Rockford or Springfield.
